How Do I Place An Order?
Care Paks provides an easy to use platform for customers to purchase goods or place orders. With our seamless marketplace individuals are able to select items, add them to their carts, and check out simply with a couple clicks of a mouse. In order to place orders, "Care Paks" has created a login page. Login Accounts are required in order to keep "Care Paks" safe and to provide a better shopping experience for our customers. Why Can I Send Packages Only In New York
Shipments are only available for New York because Care Paks currently operates only in New York. Every individual facility reserves the right to enact specific regulations and restrictions regarding product shipment to their inmate population. At Care Paks we are constantly improving our services as well as putting much attention towards increasing our product offerings and facility locations. Payment and Shipping
We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard & Discover.Your credit card is pre-authorized when the order is placed and charged at the time your order ships. In order to complete checkout, an order/shipping form must be completed prior to shopping. This is done in order to collect the most accurate information we can so we can do our best to make sure your shipment reaches its destination in a timely manner.

Secure Ordering & Payment Options
Through our affiliation with Authorize.net, we can ensure secure payment options for all customers. We do not store your credit card information. We use Authorize.net for our merchant services. They validate your credit card information and return an authorization code and the last 4 digits of your credit card to us - we never see your credit card information. You can click on the Authorize.net seal at any time to verify our relationship with Authorize.net. Our website is protected with SSL (secure socket layer) encryption, the highest standard in Internet security. You can click on the SSL logo on our pages at any time to verify our SSL status.

Returns & Refunds
Return of product purchases usually occur when an inmate receives too many packages in a given month. Inmates are allowed a maximum of 2 packages a month. If for any reasona package is returned to us for any reason we attempt to send the package out the following month within the first week. Email notification is sent out to the purchaser detailing the events. Refunds are not offered at this time. Once mailed to the correctional facility you're purchase is non-refundable. if for some reason the facility does not accept the package after a 3rd attempt, CarePaks will mail the items to your home address.
Cancellations
Cancellations are permitted up to 42 hours of order processing. If we are unable to ship your order for any reason Returns & Refunds for product purchases are limited to receiving the product itself. After your purchase has been finalized it is sent to our processing department for packaging and mailing. Once mailed to the correctional facility you're purchase is non-refundable. if for some reason the facility does not accept the package through no fault of our own, we will mail you the items to your home address with no further refund granted.
